I will personally respond to your email query within 24 hours on availability and payment details. Reservation of items is usually up to 3 days. Should I not hear from you by then, I will deem your order as void. Once transaction is done, the package will be mailed/shipped within 2 working days.
I will ensure the items you've ordered are in good condition before sending it out and your mailing details are correctly addressed on the package.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All buyers are encouraged to inquire about the item you are interested in before you fully commit to your purchases.
Please let me know immediately if you have received damaged goods in the mail so that I can see to a repair OR similar exchange at my discretion. *For hygiene purpose, I will not accept earrings exchange or refund. Items bought during promotions will also not qualify for exchange or refund.*
(I will not entertain the above if I do not hear from you within 5 days for local orders or within 20 days for international orders)
*Postal fees shall be born by the buyer if a package is to be returned to me.*
Packaging
Items are wrapped and protected in a simple package.
On circumstances where there are fragile beads involved, we will use our discretion to place your item into a recycled plastic container or equivalent.
We also provide individual gift wrapping and print personalized gift tags on request at additional cost of S$1.00 onwards.

Upon receiving your package, please take a minute and drop me an email to acknowledge receipt. Skipping this final procedure would have me assume that you have received your package in good order within the stipulated time.
